To help ensure our network runs efficiently for both our residential and commercial customers we operate a fair usage policy, the policy is designed to ensure you have the correct products, configuration and support for your usage profile. If you feel your usage profile is incorrect then please contact us so we can change your profile/configuration.
Our Unlimited Data product on residential broadband services provides an unlimited amount of data at no additional charge subject to our fair usage policy.
Our residential product is designed for a single residential address, sharing your connection with other properties is not permitted. You are permitted to share your internet connection with visitors and guests whilst they are on your property but you will remain responsible for any content they access.
Our Unlimited Data only applies to content which can be legally accessed on the internet. Downloading or accessing illegal content such as pirate videos, music and illegal file sharing is not permitted.
Our residential product is not suitable for business. Any commercial business activity, such as sending large volumes of emails advertising or promoting products or services is not permitted.
You are responsible for ensuring your network is reasonably secure, if we detect problems with your network we will provide advice and support to help you secure your network.
If your usage is not consistent with this policy or is not inline with what would reasonably be expected of a residential user, we reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or terminate the service.

You are permitted to share your internet connection with visitors and guests whilst they are on your property but you will remain responsible for any content they access.
